HIGH PRESSURE TRIPLEX PLUNGER PUMPS
XuZhiYang triplex pumps are positive displacement, three-plunger pumps designed to deliver reliable high-pressure performance. With each revolution of the crankshaft, the plunger rods move in direct reciprocating motion, producing a consistent output flow. The flow rate is directly proportional to the pump speed, while the plunger diameter and stroke length determine the liquid volume delivered per cycle.
Discharge pressure is generated by the downstream restriction--such as nozzles or control valves. This design ensures a smooth, constant flow and stable pressure. The pumps can be powered by different drive systems to adjust flow as required by changing demand. A regulating valve is used to fine-tune downstream pressure and flow.
Working Principle:
  • Suction Stroke: As the plunger moves backward, the suction check valve opens, drawing liquid from the reservoir into the cylinder.
  • Discharge Stroke: As the plunger moves forward, the suction valve closes, and the discharge valve opens, forcing liquid into the discharge line.
  • The volume delivered per cycle equals the change in cylinder volume as the plunger travels between its extreme positions.
