This tailored high pressure washer is exclusively designed for continuous cleaning of 1-meter wide industrial filters, solving the customer’s long-standing pain point of low-efficiency filter dirt removal.
 
Based on the client’s actual filter width requirement of 1 meter, our engineering team customized a dedicated nozzle rack fitted with 7 fan-jet nozzles arranged in a single row. To match the multi-nozzle synchronous operation, we configured a stable industrial electric high pressure water jet system with core working parameters: 200bar working pressure, 50LPM water flow rate and 15kw heavy-duty driving motor.
