Product Introduction and Technical Features The operating pressure of high-pressure plunger pumps should generally be between 10MPa and 300MPa. It is a positive displacement pump that uses the periodic change of volume in the working chamber to achieve the purpose of conveying liquid; the mechanical energy of the prime mover is directly converted into the pressure energy of the conveyed liquid through the pump; the capacity of the pump depends only on the change value of the working chamber volume and the number of changes per unit time, and is theoretically unrelated to the discharge pressure. The reciprocating pump uses the reciprocating motion of the piston in the working chamber of the cylinder (or the periodic elastic deformation of flexible elements such as diaphragms and bellows in the working chamber) to make the working chamber volume change periodically. Structurally, the working chamber of the reciprocating pump is separated from the outside world by a sealing device, and communicates or closes with the pipeline through pump valves (suction valves and discharge valves).
